Returns & Refunds

Our Policy
Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons. However we will always do right by our customers when a genuine issue arises.
When We Will Refund or Replace
- Damaged on arrival — if your bottle arrives broken or leaking, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Wrong item received — if we sent you the wrong product, we will ship the correct one immediately and arrange return of the wrong item.
- Lost in transit — if your order is confirmed shipped but never arrives after 15 business days, we will resend or refund in full.
- Allergic reaction — if you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, contact us immediately. We take this seriously and will work with you directly on a resolution.
Pre-Orders
We are currently operating on a pre-order basis. Your card is charged at the time of purchase and your order will ship starting August 10th in order of which it was received. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
What We Cannot Refund
- Opened products where the issue is simply a personal preference (scent, texture, or skin reaction unrelated to product quality)
- Orders where the incorrect address was provided at checkout
- Orders delayed by the carrier once shipped and confirmed
How to Contact Us
Email support@kyoonaglow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond Monday through Friday within 24 hours.
Please include a photo if your issue involves product damage — it helps us resolve things faster and improve our packaging.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
