Place your order on kyoonaglow.com. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You receive an order confirmation email immediately.
InstantYour oil is mixed by hand in small batches. We do not pre-bottle inventory. Every order is made fresh from pure carrier oils — nothing sits on a shelf for months.
1–2 daysYour bottle is filled, sealed, labeled and packaged in a black box with protective wrapping. Every order is checked before it leaves our hands.
Same day as formulationOrders ship via USPS from Massachusetts. You receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days.

Getting it to you.
All orders ship via USPS from Billerica, Massachusetts. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order ships. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. The progress bar in your cart shows how close you are to unlocking it.
Because every order is made fresh by hand, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. During the pre-order launch period, total time from order to delivery is 2–3 weeks.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap. If you are outside the US and would like to be notified when we expand, email us at support@kyoonaglow.com.

1. Who We Are
Kyoona Glow is a handcrafted personal care brand based in Massachusetts, USA, selling pure oil-based skincare, body care and hair care products online at kyoonaglow.com.
2. Products & Ingredients
All products are formulated with 2–4 natural ingredients. Ingredients are clearly listed on every product page and on the product label. We recommend performing a patch test before applying any new product to your skin, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Our products are for external use only. Keep away from eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Pre-Order Terms
During our launch period, all orders are pre-orders. Your payment is collected at checkout and your order is fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 weeks. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and accept this timeline.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number provided, delivery timelines are managed by USPS and outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary: we do not accept returns on opened personal care products, but we will always make things right if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is lost in transit.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on kyoonaglow.com — including product names, copy, images, brand identity and design — is the property of Kyoona Glow. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
8. Skin & Health Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Results vary by individual. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kyoona Glow's liability is limited to the value of your purchase. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Changes to These Terms
