Products & Ingredients
Every Kyoona Glow oil contains between 2 and 4 ingredients — a pure carrier oil, vitamin E tocopherol as a natural antioxidant, and occasionally one additional ingredient like a botanical infusion. That's it. No synthetic preservatives, no added fragrance, no fillers, no stabilizers. If it doesn't belong on your skin we don't put it in the bottle.
Generally yes — because our formulas are so minimal, there are very few ingredients that could cause a reaction. No synthetic fragrance, which is one of the most common skin irritants in personal care products. That said, everyone's skin is different. We always recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before applying a new oil to your face or body, especially if you have known sensitivities.
Our face oils — The Remedy (plum kernel) and No Filter Needed (rosehip) — are both non-comedogenic, meaning they are rated unlikely to clog pores. Plum kernel oil in particular absorbs extremely quickly due to its high oleic acid content and is well suited to oily and combination skin types. If you are acne-prone, start with a small amount in the evening and build up gradually.
12 months from the date of purchase when stored correctly. Keep your oil away from direct sunlight and heat — a cabinet or drawer is ideal. The amber glass bottle protects against light degradation. The vitamin E tocopherol in every product acts as a natural antioxidant that slows oxidation. If your oil ever smells rancid or off, trust your nose and discontinue use.
Yes to both. Every Kyoona Glow product is 100% plant-based and vegan. We do not test on animals at any stage of production. All of our carrier oils are cold-pressed from plant sources — fruits, seeds and nuts. Nothing animal-derived ever enters our formulas.
A simple guide: for face moisture and anti-aging, start with The Remedy (plum kernel oil). For brightening and dark spots, try No Filter Needed (rosehip). For body hydration, Queen Energy or Silk Season. For hair growth and scalp, The Comeback. For edges and lashes, Edge Lord or Lash Goals. For baby or sensitive skin, Soft Launch. Still unsure? Orders & Shipping
We are currently taking pre-orders with a ship date of August 8th, 2026. All orders placed before that date will be fulfilled together starting August 8th. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
Not yet — we are currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping is something we are actively working toward. If you are outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, email us at support@kyoonaglow.com and we will add you to the list.
Because we are in pre-order phase, we can accommodate changes and cancellations up to 48 hours before the ship date (August 6th, 2026). Email us as soon as possible at support@kyoonaglow.com with your order details and we will take care of it. Once orders have shipped we are unable to make changes.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on our Track Order page or paste it directly into the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@kyoonaglow.com.
Returns & Payments
We offer returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Because our oils are applied to skin, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you — just email us with a photo of what you received. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover — processed securely through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted at checkout where available. We do not store your payment information.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We never see your full card number at any point in the transaction.
